HCG is preferential. 200mg/week may work, but it's on the high end of the cruise dose range. 100-200 is roughly that range. I'd say start at 100 and work up, get blood work done to make sure you're within natural healthy levels.

I personally cruise on 100mg e3d. And yes, always, always keep a PCT on hand, as you may have to come off for any reason. I can't think of anyone that's needed to yet, but it's better to be safe than sorry, especially if you get your gear seized, or can't get any more in.
I wouldn't recommend cruising 4 lyfe, since you won't get enough out of it with a low dose. You'd only notice much of a difference if you had pretty low test in the first place.
