Hello bitch. Low test can be remedied by a doctor prescription. I believe you can get your T levels tested by a general practitioner. If they are sufficiently low you will be prescribed test. This is called Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT.) However, many doctors don't prescribe easily to young people, so you should emphasize your symptoms to a doctor.
If your T levels are normal, your only solution is to improve your diet and lift. I hope this helps.
