Mostly DYEL sports players and old dudes. There's a couple Big Guys come in but I assume most legit lifters go to commercial gyms like Golds.

Some some hilarious shit though. This group of like 5 basketball guys, high school or uni came in and did barbell curls like as fast as they could for like 30 seconds with a 15kg set bar. They then proceeded to do the same for "barbell rows" with straight legs and torso near vertical then fucked off.

They were there maybe 15 minutes tops.
