How many back extensions is too many? I've been doing 5 sets of 15 with a 25lbs plate against my chest.

If you're like me you might have one leg slightly shorter than the other, causing you to lift more with one side. The angle at which you rest might be causing you to pull harder from your right side.

i only do back extensions when im done with my back day as a cool down. i do them nice n slow and really stretch my back out.
as far as athletes foot goes, my feet kinda dry out but they never get super fucking itchy which im pretty sure is a symptom of actual athletes foot.
