They started in my last year of high school because I was unhappy and frustrated, when I graduated hs they went away for a couple of years. Now they're back with a vengeance because I'm stalling on my studies. I went to my doctor and I'm getting medicated for them now and I'm starting psychological treatment soon too so I should be alright. It really sucks, it's a vicious circle.
