I feel as if I have a lot of memory problems, and feel lathergic most of the times. I attribute a lot of this to chronic fapping since I was a kid but I've been on no-fap since a couple of months now and making good progress there.

I don't think so. The phosphatidylserine and glcerophosphocholine have both been studies in lab rats and have shown significant positive relationships between taking these chemicals and an increase in brain function. I don't remember hearing about any studies done on lecithin.
