Pretty garbage. Felt weak as shit today. Can't progress on my deadlift because I can't hold the fucking bar and my grip strength isn't getting any better despite working on it. Dropped the weight 20lbs off my 5rm. Only managed to get 3.

Missed some reps on OHP. too. Started stalling on my pushup program the other day too. Didn't even bother today.

I'm getting close to curling the same amount of weight on each arm. My left bicep is still a bit smaller, but that's alright, hopefully it evens out over time.

Did dips today. That was fun.
