Tattoos are all about you and the people you're trying to impress.
To me they look awful.
Some girls find it hot, some girls don't.
What's most important is how you feel about it, will you feel good everyday looking at a tattoo that is on your body? If you care what other people think: are you into the kind of girls (and people in general) that are into tattoos?
If you want to express yourself try messing with your hairstyle/clothes instead. Tattoos are too permanent and involve a lot of regret.
