git gud
Do you deadlift?

Squeeze your glutes, it makes the force transfer from legs to hands more secure
Or you're swinging around weights/dumbbells when getting into position, thats bad too

make sure that your back is straight during all lifts. Don't bend on squats/deads, don't move your torso during curls etc.
I don't have any back pain even though I play games on PC all day with shit posture. I've been doing this for years. is back pain genetics?

>Carpal tunnel
isnt that the shit in wrists? my wrists feel totally fine.
Keep your back straight and keep those hip flexors stretched! they have a habit of getting pretty tight after sitting for a while.
hold a squat for a minute or two, it's a god tier feeling in the morning
Do what most others are saying, but also make sure to be squeezing your core. Just keeping your back straight helps, but it's not all there is to it. Ya gotta tighten up all the muscles around it too. If you're lifting and you don't feel like you could accidentally poop you're not doing it right. That's why you sometimes see videos of powerlifters vomiting or pooping mid-lift. It's because there's so much pressure built up in their core that it literally pushes their insides out.
