Hey fit, i am 130lb and I dead lifted for the first time 2 days ago. I did 4 sets of 8 from 135 to 170, i had someone watching my form as well. because of this my back has reached soreness levels beyond what I could have possibly imagined, any stretches or solutions to this?
You're putting too much pressure on your back by keeping it straight. Try rounding your back out, so it rests more on your abdominals.

Hungry skellys are stronger than you think
>>37666851
Don't do this

doms for lower back are normal. You've never really used that muscle group to lift heavy weight before. Your legs will start to hurt in a few days too probably
>>37666995
doing anything other than 225 deadlift on your first day is illegal
>>37666995
170 is not a lot, especially if you're forcing it and fucking your back up
you back is incredibly undertrained, it's normal
your ass will probably hurt next
there has been not a single deadlift workout where afterwards reracking hasn't been a complete hell
