Nuke it in the microwave for 1:30

1 parts old-fashioned rolled oats
2 parts water
Dash of salt

Microwave for 2 minutes
Stir, and let rest for 5 minutes to cool and finish absorbing water.

Oats are fucking tasty plain with a pinch of salt. And this is coming from a former obese pos who grew up eating Quaker instant diabetes like pic related.

>60g oats

Cook it together until it's ready then add 100-200g fruit of choice, usually cherries, strawberries or cantaloupe.

usually remember to do it the day before.
Not sure why i would need to cook it.

Sounds fucking nasty, to be honest, and your opinion is immediately discredited because you probably have a self-hating neurosis from obesity that makes you eat nasty shit as a means of compensation.

A pinch of salt does a lot. Also, we put fruit in it when it's done.
>>
>Cook it in whole milk for those bulking gains.
Put a shit ton of fruit on it for flavor.
>>
>pour 400ml whole milk in pan
>heat it up a little, til it's warm
>keep hob on
>pour oats in
>add a pinch of salt
>add half tsp of cinnamon
>mix until desired thickness is achieved
>pour into large bowl
>nice and smooth, creamy texture
>add 2 tablespoons of honey
>add handful of chopped dates and blueberries
>chop banana into small slices
>throw that in there
>add palmful of mixed walnuts and almond, muh test boost
>mix everything up
>serve hot

fuggin delicious, can also use a bunch of other fruits or nuts, just depends on your preference.

can also add scoop or two of whey but I usually prefer to drink my shake post workout and keep my porridge as breakfast, yes, porridge.

Boiling water a bit over the top, wait 2 mins, ready to serve. If you feel fancy you can put some milk on top from time to time, to make it less sticky and cooler.

I tried all the oat styles and trust me, at some point everybody arrives here.

2 tablespoons of honey

Never gonna make it

This is literally as unjustifiable as adding 8 cubes of fucking sugar
>>
>>37662622
100 g of oats
300 ml of milk
Berries
Half a banana
Half a teaspoon of brown sugar
Half a handful of berries
Maybe some cinnammon and nutmeg

Heat up and simmer on low heat until the consistency is nice and creamy. Food of the gods.

In the summer, I don't even heat them up. They are nice and cool and delicious. Oh God, I fucking love oats.
>>
>>37663849
Trump only sleeps 4-5 hours per day and he's fit and smart.
>>
1cup of oats
Hearty amount of salt
Shitload of cinnamon
30-45g peanut flour
Enough water to cover when mixed

Let it sit for at least 30 minutes, then refill with enough water to slightly cover it, then begin cooking.

When it's 75% done, dump the oats into a bowl and spray the pan with cooking spray, then return the oats to the pan (lower heat) .

Crack an egg or two over the top and mix it all up.

Fucking creamy as fuck and delicious, add some whey if you want.

Nigga really

The only way you could somehow defend this if it didn't require you to add milk (so you could discount the milk sugar).

Even then, it seems like a shitty option. Why not just go for the real deal?

Note: Using "It tastes good" as an argument will immediately disqualify from making it. Ever. Until the end of time.
>>
>>37665325
I don't use milk. Also the reason I buy this is I suck at making regular oatmeal, but I guess I'll try. It just always comes out dry as hell.

>>
>>37665601

knowing how to seriously cut just comes down to your ability to stay within your caloric needs for the day while meeting the necessary macronutrient requirements.

If one is measuring their input and getting the proper amount of protein, there's no need to supplement BCAA's. Also you don't need to fast when you cut, whether IF or PSMF. It works for plenty, even myself, but its not essential to cut effectively.

>>
>>37665240

I dont understand how some people can function and excell while not sleeping at least 7 hours a night.

If I sleep for 5 or less hours I feel like shit, my digestive system feels like liquid shit, cant concentrade for long, too tired and lose motivation to do anything productive.

Granted, I am currently studying for an exam that will happen tomorrow and have only slept 5 hours in the last 48. Gonna get well rested tonight though.

The thing is I can force myself to do it but cant even fathom the hell it must be to do it constantly.

Maybe thats why some people are really successful, their will/drive is forcing them to act.
>>
What's the difference between regular oatmeal and steel cut oats?
>>
>>37667697
to make regular oats they roll steel cut oats with heavy rollers and steam iirc. they cook in like 1/5 the time
then you have quick oats which are partially cooked rolled oats which cook in like 1 minute, but are very garbage

steel cut oats take like 30+ minutes to cook, have a crunch to them and have a nuttier flavor. some people prefer them over rolled oats. I don't, but I think they're a good change of pace from time to time.

Better than cooking it desu

oatmeal literally gives me constipation

I do overnight oats with Greek yogurt and fruit. If I have time I microwave them so it's nice and creamy. If I'm in a hurry I blend them with my protein shake to take on the commute.

Pineapple and coconut flakes are goat
>>
>>37664321
Yep. Tastes best if you soak it overnight in milk in the fridge. Smooth and creamy, not thick slop like you get when cooked.

I like to add walnuts, reduced sugar craisins (cranberries), and chopped dried apricots.
>>
>>37664321
>>37670063
I'll try it tonight
What's the ratio that you use?
>>
I just cook it on the stove with milk like the fucking container says. No idea what the fuck you people are doing.
