Should I keep cutting? I want defined abs. Haven't lost any strength on my lifts, gained a bit on certain lifts.
Any ideas on body fat %?
15% maybe. I would clean bulk and hit your chest more.
Around 12%, cut to 10 and slow bulk to 15 After a month of maintenance. .
Where is your chest dude?

Have you considered calipers? It's honestly fucking hard as shit to tell what your actual body fat percentage is without them.

I can bench 2pl8 for 6 reps...... I know my chest is missing, I don't know what to do. I thought cutting would help, but it really hasn't. I stopped doing bench all together, I think it's meme lift. Doing different variations of flies and dips to isolate the chest.

Cool, just a bit more fat too lose.

I've heard calipers are the worst thing to use. I think the mirror is the best tool.
I can't progress on any of my lifts while cutting. When trying to add weights I'll just lift with shit form. So I'm trapped with the heaviest I can with good form. Is this normal?
Currently 249 want to get down to 230 or 220
What are your favorite cutting meals

Op here.
My tdee is around 2400kcal. Cutting at 1600kcal. I space out four meals a day, each 400kcal.
Breakfast is bowl of vector with 2% milk and 2 egg omelet. I actually really like this breakfast, and I'll be sticking with it when I start bulking.
Lunch is a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, with sliced tomatoes, baby spinach, mustard, and a few slices of bell peppers.
Post workout meal is a variant of either of the above or dinner.
Dinner is chicken breast marinated for a day. With a side a rice, and Greek salad. Absolutely lovely.

do incline dumbell and watch your chest (and front shoulders) explode

Nice what do you marinate your chicken in?
>>37657634
varies, jerk seasoning, lemon pepper, Cajun seasoning. I marinate in butter milk and then season for at least 6 hours.

Definitely adding that to the routine.
