as a man, how can i stop myself from aging? specifically, how can i stop my face from looking older?
things that are obvious:
>eat, sleep, and exercise well
>drink plenty of water
>apply moisturizer and sunscreen
>prevent hairloss (finasteride/minoxidil/ketoconazole)
>maintain 12% body fat or less
what else? i am almost 29 and i want to be slamming sluts in a decade, too.
please respond.
Sunscreen daily is supposedly the best thing you can do. Vitamin C serums are supposed to really help with complexion as well. Preventing wrinkles and all that
