Theres a lot of ways. I like to bake it. Brine it, pat it dry, season and bake. Ill put it into pastas or casseroles or pies or whatever.

My job is literally just to cook and clean up after a power lifter so Ive gotten pretty good at making healthy food.

Either cut into stripes or cubes. Season with cayenne pepper powder (spicy without adding a ton of sodium) and a chicken spice mix. Cook it on mid heat in a non-stick pan without any oil. If I want to add it to a soup or shit, I usually boil it in salted water and shred it afterwards.

Before i go to gym i cut the chicken into pieces and marinate in soy sauce, garlic, chilli, and wholegrain mustard

Marinade whole chicken breasts overnight with extra virgin olive oil, white vinegar, salt and minced garlic. The oil/vinegar ratio must be 2:1 and you have to use one clove of garlic for each breast.

Cut the breasts and grill the motherfuckers.

Cube 1 lb chicken

2 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 Thai peppers (leave seeds in for extra spice) or chili powder
2 tbsp oil

Mix dat shit up, marinade for 0.5-2 hours while you think about the Korean girl you used to date who showed you this recipe and wonder why you let it die. Realize it's because you won't let anyone love you when you don't love yourself.

Bake 25 min at 400, add some sesame seeds or rice.
Good as fuck.
