Just using water or regular soap is not enough to remove micro-organisms from your hands, not to mention the few seconds most people wash hands.

Plain castille bar soap is all you ever need. I recommend Dr Bronner's (inb4 they are jewish).
Almost 100% soaps, shower gels, shampoos etc have chemicals in them that steal your gains and make you less fertile. Xenoestrogens etc.
