Do you actually need to isolate rear delts? What do you guys like to do for your rear delts and delts in general? What worked? What didn't work and ended up just being a waste of time?

I have done it when my rear delts were lacking, but i havent needed to for a while.

If your tiny rear delts are undertrained, all of the back musculature is undertrained
