The generally accepted standard bare minimum is "1/2/3/4". This means 5 reps of 1pl8 OHP, 2pl8 bench, 3pl8 squat, and 4pl8 deadlift.
Again, this is for five reps, not 1rm. And this is the *bare minimum* to be able to honestly begin to claim to be "strong".

Actually, I'm a fair bit stronger than that but I've been lifting for years. But being strong doesn't mean you're fucking elite, it means you're much stronger than the population average.
