Do you have any idea how much braces cost? My parents paid for braces for my brother and both my sisters, but not me. if i could just get the front two teeth fixed up i'd be happy, i have two teeth in the bottom that are crowded and one would have to be removed but the top teeth look awful.

OK, which programs do you suggest I do? I don't like Texas Method because I don't want to test rep maxes anymore. Sheiko and Hepburn is too slow for my current level. I don't like 5/3/1 or Juggernaut's frequency of the lifts. I want to do 3x/week full body. I want to do different rep ranges each of those days. And I want to progress linearly on each of those days. Can you see why I say I'm trying to get into DUP and I, actually, didn't just say I want an intermediate program?

Hit 3x5 +35 lbs weighted chins and somehow managed to finish benching 4x3 at 85% then 3x8 at 75%.

On a different note, how do we know if we're bulking too fast? I've put on about 6 lbs in 2 months. I'm not really looking much fatter and my weighted chins are still going up, so I guess it's not too fast, but I don't want to overdo it.

I had a monster vertical when I was playing volleyball at around 200lbs. 38" was my highest tested but tb100%h I kind of sandbagged it when I put my hand up to measure my starting point. I made it look like I could only touch 8' by keeping my shoulder girdle horizontal, even though I obviously reach upwith my shoulder as much as possible when I'm hitting and reaching for the little slats for measuring vert.

Ohhh boy. Got hooked on RP programming, instead while trying to figure out exactly what AIDS was hurting my squat and deadlift. First it was a block of their hypertrophy meso for powerlifting, then I said "fuck it" and bought the physique template (for grils lel) and am now on week 8 out of 19 and having a blast trying not to get buried by volume aimed at a gender with better recovery capacity.

As for competing? Maybe. It mostly depends on what happens when I try and peak after finishing out the physique program. If I still have hip/hammy AIDS when trying to get anywhere near a max, no. If working on development of weak links along the way sorts my shit out and I can squat and pull heavy (for me) without dying, hell yeah.

Right now it's pretty much just enjoying the bodybuilding training style while bulking until August, maintaining for 8 weeks, and then cutting until new years.

I've been thinking the same thing, but I don't even know if I'll be able to do either of those things.

On the days where i'm out in the field

all gyms are closed by the Time I get back home. There are also no gyms in the towns I go to (each of them are around 500-5000 in population)

Food is provided 3 meals / day by company, but its always bar food. No vegetables ever. Literally pizza, burgers, deep fat fried stuff etc for every meal

I know I"m traditionally a defeatist, but this is literally a new level of low

Either way, it got me 515/315/565 my first meet, which wasn't too shabby.
