Super bro-tip: don't say shit about someone's (who obviously knows about lifting, unlike fatty mcfatfat) working weight on an accessory exercise. You have no idea what they were doing prior to this exercise, what their goals are, what their rep/set range is, the tempo of the rep, etc.

There are some crazy German volume programs that have you doing such volume that even a 30 lbs curl at the end will feel heavy as shit.

Accessories are accessories, not ego lifts.
