You can never (ever) move the bar with your legs. It's just about keeping a tight, stable platform. Leg drive is either meant as keeping all your weight on your traps and your arch stable, in which case it works, OR it's meant in the Dan Green, lolfed sense of literally moving the bar with your legs, in which case it's a stupid fucking idea that doesn't work because the rib cage is elastic.

Anyway, because I was getting over-specialized and wanted to get back down to basics. Worst case scenario, I make no gains and essentially lose a month. Best case scenario, I had more LP buried deep down inside and will put 20+ pounds on my lifts in the next few weeks.

I used to do that, but then I ended up doing the same shit every time. allow me to share my most recent guy

his name is Lokar Bladsar, a redguard on a mission to skyrim to ensure the empire's victory in the war and ensure stability after. I ran an alternate start mod so I don't have to deal with the Helgen stuff, and I was able to start in Solitdude with some money in my pocket (as I feel someone in my position would). but anyways, as he's fighting the war, the dragons show up, and he has to deal with that to help ensure stability in skyrim after the war is won.

other things I'm doing that I think go along with my character
>killing DB (becuase I know where that questline will take me, and having a DB alive and well is pretty counter-productive to the whole stability aspect of his mission)
