According to 3DMJ, this is how your nutrition is supposed to go; while on a bulk (i.e. to gain weight, both fat and lean mass).

Proteins: 0.8 to 1.2g/lb
Fats: 20-30% of your caloric intake
Carbs: The rest of your caloric intake

If I want ot bulk on 4000 kcal, this is what I get:

Proteins: 150g (600kcal)
Fats: ~112g (1000kcal)
Carbs: 600g (2400kcal)

Now for the actual question:

How the FUCK am I supposed to get 600g of carbs?And 112g of fat? Those are insane quantities holy shit.

their advice isn't bad, you're just taking it to ridiculous extremes by eating a ~1500kcal surplus. it's common to fix protein, fat and adjust the carbs up or down depending on what you want to do.

your TDEE is just over 2000kcals. if you want to do an SS style bulk (which is not really a terrible idea given your current size) then the 3DMJ advice no longer applies to you
