Your natty gains will 90% atrophy, regardless of age, and not only that, retaining muscle mass at a LOW BODYFAT requires insane amounts of test, which isnpartially why women cant be as low bodyfat as men.
If you are 10% or under, you will have ZERO muscle mass.
You can have musculature and be fat.
