I don't hate fat people, they just don't feel the same excitement when they are training, they don't want to train, they don't like hearing they can't keep eating how they do, they don't have a goal, they just want a quick fix, they just get upset when you tell them there is none.
I can train old people, single mums, girls back from university, even wheelchair bound clients, they know what they want to train for, they genuinely enjoy exercising once they get the form and understand that it helps them achieve their goals, the expression on a cardio bunny's face doing weighted squats is a much more positive one than any fatty's face at any point in the gym.

Followed by light dynamic stretching

It's true. My mom's cousins (one 21, the other 28 - I was 24) came from Korea to visit. We went to a lot of places and, as the host, I cooked a lot of high quality food for them (full ride culinary arts scholarship). But they ways tried really hard to keep me out of photos, sometimes by flat out telling me, "I don't want you in this photo". They weren't mean or discourteous in any other way. Just this. And then when they left, I gave them a nicely wrapped farewell present and a card. And when I arrived back at home after dropping them off at the airport, I found their gift, a nicely wrapped hair brush with "thank you very much" written in poorly formed english letters.
