My 1 rep max right now is only 225 and its embarressing, whats a good beginner program to get it up as fast as possible?
First of all while a 2plaet 1RM isn't something to brag about its hardly embarassing esspecially because it's pretty common to see curlbros grunting and dropping weight on 1 plate deads (it's actually hilarious)

It really depends on your case, maybe something in particular is limiting you. like grip, back or hams.
