Yeah it's the same for me. The juniors and seniors can leave 90 mins early but the fresh+ sophomores have to stay. nz here too, tried this awhile ago. Got mild shakes only while peaking at 100mgc, supplemented potassium and taurine for cramps/shakes. Helped my asthma a ton to be honest, never had to use an inhaler anymore also gave me energy throughout the day.

Never bulked at more than 4-500 cals surplus, usually 300, didn't bulk over 13% fat either. Slow bulk then a bit of slow cut, rinse and repeat. Now I've started fasting 16-18hours and eating for 6 while trying to have a surplus. Seems to be working ok. I'm also trying to cut meat out of my diet as much as possible, eat as many whole-foods as possible and eat at least 500g of fruit and veggies daily.

probably have somewhat of scoliosis, bad angle + bad lighting, but i don't want to sugarcoat it.
Been casual lifting without really following a diet for 3 years, went from pretty much 50 kg at 160cm tall to 75kg at this pic 182cm 19 year old.
Legs i'm happy with from bicycling etc, they are at 22 inches and defined.
arms 13 inch unflexed, and 14 flexed.

i dropped down from 80kg because of sickness and lost pretty much only muscle
Any tips, critique and input appreciated ^^

Man, can someone persuade me to change from a brosplit to PPL ? I feel kind of, i dunno, reassured from knowing that I work each musle individually in the brosplit and PPL seems kind of less sure to work me out, but people on /fit/ will make fun of me if I say that I do brosplit :(

Do whatever you enjoy, the guy doing a brosplit for 5 years will look better than the dude who does a perfect program for 6 months then gives up. PPL is far more efficient than a brosplit though, and upper lower is even better than that.

Was 17 then almost 21 now so it's coming up on 4 years. I'm glad I did it when I was young before it got too out of control. I think it helped me luck out a little on loose skin. I only really got it on my chest but I've filled it in with muscle pretty well. Right after I lost the weight my chest looked like the girl from Event Horizon.
