Tbh when your balls shrink in size it makes your dick look bigger.
I have small balls and it has never once bothered me. Testosterone production is not affected, ejaculate volume is not affected, they don't "swing" and get in the way and stuff, they don't take up huge space in my underwear and overproduce heat, they give my already large penis even more visual appeal, easier to shave.
If nothing else, I'll say that ten years ago when I was doing sports, I heavily appreciated not having balls that interfere.
