Im 5'11 and 209 lbs. I used ti weigh nuch nore 6 months ago but Ive been stalling for a while. I have a handsome face but I want to look good naked as well, I cant let my genes go to waste.
Ive been working out 2 hours everyday while running 15 mins at 10.5 kph everyday before lifiting as well.
My lifts are pretty avg, but Ive been eating at 1500 cal for the past week. I weighed my self this week and only lost 1 lb.
What am I doing wrong /fit/ ?(Ive read the sticky) Am I eating too little or is it muscle thats keepiny my weight so high? Thanks in advance bros
