How does weed or any form of thc affect a workout? Does smoking after lifting deteriorate my results?

personally i work out better when i'm stoned. I have a home gym and all that and find that I have more motivation and focus when i work out stoned. I'm more precise about form and can usually work out for longer periods of time. go figure.

if it makes you lazy and you start skipping workouts then it'll affect your gains, or if you can't lift as much while high for whatever reason.

smoking bud activates my martial arts spirit. Sure it wears off a bit faster, but the important thing is the "no fucks" attitude of breaking out acrobatics and building those riblets.

Tried yoga high and it was legit. You knew your muscles were engaged but the strain was mild also you can really focus on certain muscles.

I personally do bike rides high and I go for like 4 hours so focused.

Weed helps my mind engage and focus in physical activities. I kind of get lost in them when I smoke before.

That and I usually am noticeably high, so as opposed to being the half assed stoner, I bust ass in the gym.

Haven't lifted high though, I generally smoke the night before I lift so I can get to sleep in a reasonable amount of time though

I used to take a few dabs and go work out, which was definitely better than when I would smoke bud and do it, but still took away so much intensity from my lifting. You probably don't think it's affecting you when you're doing it but chances are you're far better off without it.
