Hey /fit/, how long until I'm back in shape after a long break because of sickness? I lost 20+ lbs, used to vomit after every meal...Now I'm back in gym, I'm also gonna shoot tren + test soon, how long until I get the lost weight plus make some gains? It's been nearly half a year since I stopped when I got sick btw.

Breh you don't even know the worst of it. I just snapped my shit up.. wasn't even lifting heavy.. squats for volume.. gym was crowded.. rushed the final squat, tilted at the bottom...
