Sup faggots
I hit a plateau on my bench recently since I started working again (warehouse) and I keep getting weaker and weaker on it.
Got any good tips to get stronger bench? Also this album rules

If you keep getting weaker the problem is most likely with your recovery. Either you're training too much or too hard, or you're doing something stupid outside of the gym e.g. not eating properly, not sleeping, getting drunk every day. Or maybe you're under a lot of stress currently?

Yeah the new job got me stressed as fuck since I always gotta finish stuff within a certain amount of time and I didn't get enough training to feel confident with what i'm doing. I've lost sleep because of my job and keep dreaming about fucking up. Working both days and nights isn't really helping either.

Realize that training is a stressor on your body just like all other kinds of stress, and your body has a limited capacity to handle all these stressors. If you're under a lot of stress due to work, you'll need to cut down on the training - Try to figure out how to do the bare minimum for a while, while still doing enough to be able to see some kind of progress, or at least maintenance.
You may also want to try to find a way to relieve some of that stress.
do those weighted chest dips. also dumbbell rows

As far as your training goes, try to identify the few things you do that give the most bang for your buck, and try to cut out all the fluff for a while. Are you familiar with the Paretto Principle? Basically it says that 20% of what you do is responsible for 80% of the results. I've found that holds true for lifting too.
If you can cut away a bunch of your training and get almost the same results, you've just removed a ton of stress from your life.
You still need to get your work situation under control though. This is a temporary fix.
