Heres what I give to my nooby friends

Split A:
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench
3x5 Row
3x10 Ripptoes Tricep Press
3x10 Incline Bicep Curls
3x12 Wrist Curls
3x12 Standing Calve Raise

Split B:
3x5 Front Squat
3x5 Overhead Press
3x5 Deadlift
3x10 Lateral Raise
3x10 Reverse Flys/Face Pulls
3x12 Reverse Wrist Curls
3x12 Seated Calve Raise

I might actually do this routine as a intermediate lifter of 3 years. I just throw in a light leg day on b2 with Romanian dl and just back squats instead of dl, squats and fronts
