ITT: Discuss pull-ups.
Almost out of dyel mode.
I can do my 2sets 10reps of wide grip pull-ups and every subsequent set digresses by about one or two usually for four sets. Then I switch to wide grip and narrow chin-ups.
Post your pull up routine and how often you do pull-ups.
i go until i can't go anymore. i usually do over 100.

I do pull ups to start off back day. Starting to do weighted
usually i'll just do as many as i can with 50 lbs strapped to my back, ~600 on a bad day i can usually do about 700 on a good day
Out of DYEL, but apparently people can't even do 1 wide-grip. I can do 3x10 15lbs weighted now

Pullup mirin depends on height and weight.
I'm 5'7 and 90kg and can do 15 pullups.
Can you do 15 pullups at 5'7 70kg with a 20kg plate?
