Does working out really help one's love/sex life?
I see people on /fit/ say it does, but I feel most of them are over 6 feet. What about us shorties?
I guess ur body will look good and u will feel more confident in ur look u will have courage to ask girls for sex
You will feel better about your body but it wont cure your autism. The only way to fix that is through forced interactions.
I used to be really quiet and anti social but a few months as a police officer has gotten rid of that. I still hate people but at least i can talk to them now.

I've been married for a while. Sex before getting fit was always good, hell we wouldn't have gotten married if it wasn't.
Holy fucking hell guys sex got so much better after I lost 30lbs and then actually started putting on some real muscle. Endurance went up, sex drive went up, that self conscious feeling of 'how do I look right now :/' turned into 'how do I look NOW!'
