Is it possible to be vascular at 20% bf? I don't think i've ever seen a fat vascular person.
Pic related is me at 20% bodyfat. I only get vascular on the shoulders for some odd reason

in some places, it's genetic
i can see veins on my front delts and my forearms are like a roadmap when pumped and i'm about 18% bf, my dad and brother are exactly the same. on the plus side girls seem to like vascular forearms, on the negative side my arms look tiny because i'm still pretty high bf% and don't carry much fat on my arms at all
