my gf broke with me not long ago, it made me prety sad at the moment.

i'm clean bulking, but because of that it got harder to eat my amount of calories.

i was jsut not hungry, so i was basicaly force feeding myself.

and yet i used to be 105kg for 192cm some times ago (lost lot of weight now) so, yeah i was a fatty.

i think my first cut who lasted really long and at a huge deficit really changed the way i eat.

I essentially eat to satisfy any emotion whether it be positive or negative. I got to 365lbs (twice).

Im not sure how you can overcome it other than through being disciplined.

Tea (or coffee) gives me something to "have" without actually eating more. Whenever possible, snack on veggies.
