I must have been 20% in April when I started my cut, drank no booze, did an EC stack, worked out 6 days a week, cut eating between 2800-2500 and dropped 9kg.

That's in 8 weeks.
You could do it in 5 but you'll likely loose equal parts muscle and fat which I didn't.

I'm using bodyweight as well and I've added a lot of mass and barely exhausted it so it can be done. The weight should pile on once you're eating enough. The method I have found to work is eating every two hours without fail, making sure I have high protein (nuts, sardines, eggs), olive oil wherever I can use it, and drinking calories. Eating every two hours is key I think to make sure you start the habit of hitting that regular intake, I find it's too easy to let 4 hours slip by without eating anything and that will make the difference between adding mass and not.

I've yet to pin anything. Only considering it bc I'm approaching mid 30's and want to feel what it's like to have super human test levels for 10 weeks. Would run hcg on cycle followed by pharma pct, and even if my t levels take a hit, I'm already going down that road. I'm really just interested in the experience of hitting the gym juiced up and getting in some unforgettable workouts, not some lasting aesthetic or deadlift number.

Im at my wits end /fit/

I know i have a long way to go, but i loathe having to look at my body currently. I was auschwitz-tier skelly and slowly recovering but i cant really put my finger on what wrong with my body. I have a feeling that its probably my traps but its just unsettling for me to look at it
