I'm starting to get fit after some months.
I just managed to one single pull up for the first time, then barely another with shit form.
How can I increase my pull ups if I can already do a single one? Any exercises you guys recommend?

Try negatives or if your not already try close grip chin ups. When doing any lat exercise focus on pulling your elbows to the ground and not pulling yourself up to the bar.

This .gif is actually really depressing if you know the story. The owner had passed away in his sleep and his girlfriend had come to surprise him in bed with the video camera. The dog thinks he's alive and is trying to get him to wake up and play, but when he doesn't get up, he starts jumping rougher and rougher and whining really hard. The girlfriend realizes what's wrong at that point and starts crying, and the dog just keeps whining and howling and trying to get the guy to wake up.

Ive been in your position (although when i was 14) and so has everyone else here.
The trick to getting stronger on pullups is relatively simple, its called negative reps.
You can do one, so this will apply to you.
>start off at the top of your rep (chin equal or above the bar)
>very slowly lower yourself while maintaining tension
>repeat
>you can use a jump to get up easier, its not cheating in this case
>do about 3-5 of these then attempt a regular pull up even if you cant
You will notice improvement very quickly using this method and it works for chinups and pullups(wide overhand grip)
just make sure you lower yourself very slowly, it will burn like fuck but its the only way to strengthen the relative muscle groups effectively at this point
