I dunno about his striking but his judo and other grappling skills are extremely amateur. They didn't show much of that tho so I'm not positive if he has any skills beyond that, but he'd probably do ok in a street fight if he was just grappling

You don't need to learn moves to pinch someone's eyes out. Anyone can do that. The only reason why most people don't gouge out someone's eyes during a street fight is because there is a natural mental barrier any sane person has to not do such a thing to anyone who doesn't pose a threat to their life. Not because they lack kung fu training in eye-gouging.
