I Love doing cheesecake and apple pie using egg whites and whey, using flavoured oats and such. It has very good macros and it's perfect with a coffee as a dessert on weekends. The ones I do usually are between 1500-1800 Kcal and 140-170 gr protons for The whole cake.

No problem, down 70lbs from 250+ to 181, it taken me 14 months but I'm getting close to brig ready to bulk. 10 more weeks, I'm lacking muscle mass sadly.
