I have pretty severe scoliosis, which doctors say made me a full inch or two shorter than I should be, which could account for me being able to move more weight than someone else my size.

My diet consists of:

Breakfast
a packet of Quaker oatmeal (flavored)
Some type of fruit (an orange OR banana)
Protein shake

Lunch
Most days a salad with grilled chicken, sometimes I'll get a sandwich

Dinner
Free for all.. I try to eat relatively clean (staying away from all fast foods / greasy foods). I also try to limit my red meat intake.

I've totally cut out chips and j never drink soda. My biggest issue is that I smoke weed before my gym sessions and I tend to cheat a little when I get home due to munchies (cereal and sometimes worse aka cake lol)

I'm posting here only for some bf% estimates, when I look bloated for whatever reason I'd say 15-16% but on a regular day like now in decent lighting like on these pictures I'd go as far as 13.5-14.5% but I'm not really sure. Any guesses? Just interested in calculating my FFMI and how far I would be from getting below 10% bf, not that I'm anywhere muscular enough to consider doing so yet but still.
