I got something that looked exactly like that on my shoulders after doing calf raises in a smith machine with ~120kg or so, but it was more stripey-shaped, like as if it formed around the edges of where the shoulder pad was resting on my skin.
I think it's just some sort of bruising, mine went away after 2-3 days or so.

Yeah its probably just swelling take some advil and apply ice if it doesn't go away try some aloe vera extract, also coconut oil helps make your stretch marks less noticeable

If it's painful, get checked for shingles. I had that shit right around the same spot. Annoying and very painful if you let it develop.
