I won't make any suggestions about style, because each person has a different cut that works for them, but I can at least suggest a routine for healthy hair. First, only wash your hair once or twice week dependent on how dirty your head gets while your work. As a point: sweat is not dirty. However, use conditioner every time you take a shower. Next, never use gel or hair products that have alcohol in them. It will dry out your shit. Use something like argan oil (or a homemade replacement) to keep your hair moist and pliable. Follow this for a few weeks and you will have hair that is thicker and easier to style than you've ever had before.
