How old are you? I get the whole parenting thing. I can't say I had shitty parents as they were pretty based but my mother was Italian and did her damned best to fatten me up early. Luckily I had a major growth spurt in high school and jumped from around 5'6 to 6'2. With that said I ate huge amounts of delicious homemade Italian cookies, deserts, and pastas as a child. I was always a little chubby but I was active. In highschool I skated everyday and this helped me stay reasonable fit. What I'm getting at anon is that past age 10 you really can't blame your parents for making you fat; at that age I was always active, sure I played wow in highschool but but being a piggy is your own damned fault after a certain age.

Go eat vegetables until you're stuffed and then you can eat a little bit of something you sorta like. Plan out your meals, count calories, with lots of spinach and broccoli.

I started off at 6'2 and 130 pounds. You that read right.

Buying into fat logic is stupid, but there are undeniable physiological and genetic differences in human metabolism.

Now, granted, its only like 10%, but still. After studying thermodynamics, I knew that i wasn't a special snowflake and that if I entered more calories into the system than was used, it would be stored as mass.

The problem was:

I had a small stomach. Do you know how hard it is to eat 3 full meals on such a tiny stomach?

First, I started off with a mass gainer protein shake, using water, plus two scoops (+500cal)

That wasn't working fast enough, so I started mixing whole milk in with the scoops (+900cal)

That STILL only gave me about 1-2 pounds per month, so i said fuck this shit, and made a shake I call the freight train

Freight Train ingredients
-2 scoops mass gainer (500cal)
-1 banana, yellow (90cal)
-Almonds, crushed, activated (150cal)
-16 oz cheap vanilla ice cream, (900cal)

Now, drinking a Freight Train is not easy. It generally took me several hours after my last meal to get it down. It was like drinking concrete mix.

Now, whys it called the Freight Train you may ask? Well, because when you put your stomach through such a high caloric trauma, it tends to buck back against you.

Te Freight Train is so aptly named because thats what It feels like exiting your ass.

Those porn stars that jam bowling pins in their ass are professionals at getting stuff in there. When it came to pushing it out, I was an artist. Proxy Paige couldn't hold my fucking paintbrush.

I've been gaining weight as a recovering Skelly. I don't really feel pleasure from food, and I have the pretty beast metabolism. I'm sure I would have gained weight if I liked eating, but I would hardly eat as a kid. Being a little hippie helped because I ate pretty healthy. I feel bad for fatties that want to change.

Now all I need is to gain 10-15 lbs of muscle and I'll look good. Most of my extra calories are in shakes so it's been alright. Feels good.

I VOMITED TWICE IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS

I'm caught in a vicious cycle. For a few days I got lazy and procrastinated and only ate 500 cals in the morning when I was supposed to eat 1200, so then that night I would have to eat 2000 calories in one siting. So the next morning I would wake up, drink my coffee (appetite suppressant) and have no appetite and eat only 500 or 600cals

It's 3 in the fucking morning and I still haven't finished my eating yet, I can only eat so fast or I'll vomit all my calories out. I'll only get 7 hours sleep and I have a hard labor job, fucking shoot me now

• 1 cup steel cut oats, ground up with a cheap coffee bean grinder (like $10 from wal-mart)
• 2 cups whole milk

900 calories that you can gulp down in less than 60 seconds, after it taking 30 seconds of making it.

Add another 200-400 calories if you mix in peanut butter or whatever. Plenty of protein, fats, and carbs (both simple and complex) to start your day, and probably costs like 50 cents (or like $1 if you get it organic, i.e., if you care about your health).

Not sure. I'm on a cut for 15 months, I did 2 months of machines then 8 months of brosplit with some compounds with hypertrophic rep range, super sets etc. Fucking around pretty much.

Once the muscle mass stopped increasing I started SL and I can see strength gains, still on a cut (I went from 0 to 3 chin-ups in 2 months).
I also bike to work and around the city, pretty much every day. I also did that in fatmode which was 150kg.

I eat shitload of protein, mostly from non processed foods, and take BCAAs, glutamine, carnitine and zma. I don't know if they help but I'm not going to stop taking them now.
