Can someone share some infographics on how to properly do lifts, something I can just print off and take with me to the gym?
I remember someone posted some in a thread, i can't seem to find the exact ones anymore.
it's called starting strength 3rd edition. if you think you can learn the main compounds from infographics then you're heading straight to snap city. (not really, but there's no way you can learn them properly that way)
Watch this webm repeatedly before deadlifting, save it to your phone and watch it in between sets
literally perfect conventional 1rm form

I watch videos and I've read up on proper form, I just want a sort of a form 'checklist' for when I'm actually at the gym, to make sure I'm doing it right.

Just do it and film from a couple of different angles.
It's the only way to actually see if your form is good
