The key to feeling full is protein, fiber, and vegetables (not including avocado). Up your intake of those. Standard cutting foods include oatmeal, eggs, shrimp, tuna/other fish, chicken, broccoli, milk, greek yogurt, and protein powder. You should be eating fruit for the extra fiber instead of drinking juice.
If you're running out of calories, consider the following. Change mayo to light mayo or go without. Change the bread to a lettuce wrap. Make pasta whole wheat or use zucchini noodles. Get a zero calorie drink mix instead of the juice.
