So I've recently done 3 weeks of weighted ring pullups - now on my deload week. My rep max was ~13 with bodyweight before going into weighted and I've been doing 3x5 with +20 throughout the 3 weeks (looking to adapt to this weight well before moving up).
I guess what I'm wondering is:
1. Is 3x5 enough volume along with a second day where I'm doing 3x8 dumbbell rows?
2. How should one progress weighted pullups? I've been reading about folks doing ladders, using a similar approach to barbells by adding small increments.

this is not how training works. you're just spinning your wheels.

Everytime you can handle more volume you should increase volume

Can't be the only one who does that but
When I get the social media of an attractive girl, be it facebook, insta or twitter, I try to look for her boyfriend and see what he looks like.
Anyone else?

Yeah lol. I've pretty much stopped though. It's obvious, he'll be roided up
