Rate my diet. I eat this every day. The only thing that changes is the type of vegetables, and I'll occasionally have beef or fish in place of chicken. Virtually sedentary outside of lifting 3 days per week and a quick <5 mile bike ride on my rest days.

I have three cups of coffee in the morning. I'll have a late lunch of roasted broccoli and carrots with baked chicken thighs, usually. I'll snack on some nuts throughout the evening, then I'll eat cottage cheese about an hour before bed, because I tend to have trouble falling asleep if I'm hungry.
