I am doing a workout routine for a year and a half
2 times a week
I skipped 2 weeks
I returned to the routine
I feel like I am dying
like I fucking woke up from six months of coma and my muscles never were used
is this normal?
this the routine
2 x 8kg dumbbells
>>37353662
oh and those are all times x3
with ~2 min in between reps
>>37353662
sorry, you have been doing this for 18 months and haven't increased past 8kg dumbells?
>>37353839
those numbers were at the start 1/3 of what they are in the pic
I was not able to do 60 pushups or 100 situps
I actually started with superman for first 6 months before going for actual 5-10 pushup

Your choice of syntax makes it hard to distinguish whether or not you are "doing a workout for a year and a half" as a total goal or if you have been doing the workout for a year and a half.
But to answer your question:
Lactic acid build up, probably. If you have been lifting that long, work on better form with incremental load increases as opposed to a static program. It's getting you nowhere.
>>37353662
So you are doing between 20 and 40 reps each set?
>>37353670
>~2 min in between reps
I really hope you mean sets.
>>37353958
>So you are doing between 20 and 40 reps each set?
>I really hope you mean sets.
I do 20 pushups, rest 2 min, 20 pushups, 2 min, 20 pushups
so lingo goes 20reps in 3 sets?

You should look into getting heavier weight desu.

Also, break out sets and reps. duh
>>37353535
Lol. You never overloaded, which means your body only got used to the low weights, which means those gains go away very fast.
Kill yourself
