I'm seriously considering nofap as I've realized I'm addicted to porn, I jerk off twice a day look at porn about 15 min per session, so that's about half an hour of porn each day.
For those of you who have gone on nofap, what are the pros and cons? How has your life changed? Are you completely abstinent, or do you have regular sex? Also, any good tips for how to quit looking at porn?

Give it a try, you will fail and you'll try to get back into fapping again. But remember, the mor you continue the more you damage your sexual life. Releaving yourself is fine, it's natural, however at your constant rate it's time to have some control of your domain.
No fap for a while to develop discipline is okay.
But don't do it long term unless you're having sex. Not good for your sexual health to not get off.
Just use lube and a gentle grip when you do, so you don't dessensitize yourself. And only do it when you have to to clear your head.
But yeah, no porn is good. Porn will dessensitize you psychologically.

Fapping is normal.
I limited the amount of porn I watch. I grew up as an auti so I just binge watched porn from when I was a kid till my 20s.
When I watch too much porn I get desensitized to women IRL. Since I grew up with porn I always got used to visual stimulation for an erection. So when I have sex and lights are off it's harder for me to maintain an erection kek.
Once I stopped watching porn so much it was no longer a problem.

Pros:
Less time spent fapping, that can be invested more productively
I felt a bit more focused at work, but not that much that I had an epiphany or something…
Easier to come when having sex. Fapping with a deathgrip really ruins your ability to come from vaginal intercourse, or even a BJ, and girls can get really confused if the man does not come!
Cons:
Sometimes I really, really felt like I had to shot a load NOW! also, occasionally leaking a few drops of cum.

Just start trying to look at less of the stuff, and maybe go to more "normal" and/or softcore stuff first.
I did last September nofap, it's not impossible but requires some discipline because when you are bored after 10 days it gets harder to resist.
If you have a lifestyle were you don't meet a lot of women you won't get a gf just with no fap.
I'm considering lately if I should start a noporn, I think that's where the issue lies, it has been almost the only way in which I satisfied my sexual drive for the last 12 years or something.
