I am a fat peice of shit. Upper 200s. I am getting a very phisically intense job in 3 months. I wanna get in the best shape possible.
I know i probably wont reach my goals until 8 months

I have trouble with being hungry whenever I cut. Definitely talk your calories, and make sure you're logging at least 500 cals per day in veggies, that's pretty much enough to keep me feeling full.

At your size, you'll lose 100 lbs over three cycles. It's easy peasy.

You wanna focus on strength training mostly. You're better off starting that job with some strength and being a fat shit than starting that job without muscle and weighing less. You can always keep losing fat slowly on the longer term if you havent reached your goal weight in 3 months but the main priority should be some some strength training and cardio.
